Johann Gaudenz von Salis, nobleman, soldier, poet, urbane democrat and ardent representative of Rhaetia in the Helvetic cause, is the namesake of Chapter N ° 4 Johann Gaudenz von Salis, consecrated on April 19, 1975 under the umbrella of the Grand Chapter Helvetia.

The chapter works in the beautiful rooms of the Libertas et Concordia Lodge in Chur. The supposedly decentralized location connects brothers of almost all Masonic lodges from eastern and central Switzerland with the flair of southern Switzerland.

On the third Saturday of March, May, September and November, we work in German on the maintenance and preservation of the Aldersgate ritual of the sacred Royal Arch.
